Omnipot is a trading name of TurboPress, itself a trading name of Van Biljon Digital (Pty) Ltd, Reg 2026/562544/07. We are the responsible party for the personal information described here.

• When you book a demo: your name, work email, company, phone number if you give it, the kind of business you run and what you tell us you want to fix.
• When you email or call us: what you choose to send or say, and your contact details.
• To keep bots out of the form: Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical details such as your IP address and browser signals to tell a person from an automated script.
• To understand how the site is used: Vercel Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

We use your details to reply to you, arrange and run the demo, and prepare a quote you asked for. We use the bot check and the page counts to keep the site working and safe, which is our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Only with the service providers that run this website for us, acting on our instructions:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website and provides the page counts.
• Cloudflare Inc., which provides the bot check on the demo form.
• Resend, which delivers the demo request to our inbox.

These providers may store or process information outside South Africa. We use providers whose terms protect personal information to a standard comparable to POPIA.

We keep a demo request and our correspondence for as long as we are in discussion with you, and for [period to be confirmed] afterwards, unless you become a client. Then your contact details move into our client records.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent you gave. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we limit who at TurboPress can see demo requests to the people who need to.
